On nights are Thursday evening through Sunday matinee, including Saturday matinee.

Off nights are Sunday evening through Wednesday evening

Evenings start at 5:30PM unless otherwise arranged

Day time is 10AM - 5PM, unless otherwise negotiated.

Off-night renters will share the space with the on-night renters and must use the lighting plot and riser configuration that is in place for them. Additionally, there may be a set from the on-night show. However, some productions are done without set, so if you are interested in booking off-nights, please check with us to see if we have the information about the configuration of the on-nights. We encourage the companies who are sharing the space to communicate before their respective runs begin to avoid potential problems.

Performance Rates  as of August 15, 2008

Single Nights
$300  off  night
$400 on night

Off-Nights (4 performances)
$650 per off night week

On-Nights (5 performances)
$1200 per on night week

Full Weeks (9 performances)
$1600 per week

Weekdays (Mon - Fri; 10-5)
$200/day or $30/hour with 2 hour minimum

For on-, off- and full-week rentals, 1/3 is due upon signing the contract; 1/3 is due upon load-in; the final payment is due at load-out. Renters must carry $1 million in performance insurance coverage for the duration of tenancy.
